    Monday: Meat Lovers

    • Grilled, roasted or braised to perfection!
    • Buffet Menu: Roasted Wagyu Beef Chuck, Braised Shanks, Lamb Shoulder or even Wok- Fried Venison & Kurobuta Pork and more on rotation basis.
    • Live Cooking Station:  Pan-seared Wagyu Beef Round Steak or Potato Rosti served with Bockwurst Sauages (on rotation basis).

    Tuesday: Asian Delights

    • A culinary journey round tropical Asia!
    • Buffet Menu: Curry Chicken in rich spicy coconut gravy served with French baguette. Classic tender-braised Beef Brisket, Hong Kong Roasted Duck, Thai Stir-fried Pad Thai as well as Japanese teriyaki inspired dishes.
    • Live Cooking Station: Personalized Shabu-Shabu with choice of chicken or beef accompanied with cabbage, carrot, mushrooms, nori with udon in either savory or spicy broth.

    Wednesday: Indian Fusion 

    • An Indian affair with a twist!
    • Buffet Menu: Charcoal grilled spiced Lamb Kofta accompanied with mint yogurt. Tacos with Paneer and dips. Sambar Cheesy Tofu, Tomato Basil spiced Chicken and traditional Tandoori spiced seafood and meats.
    • Live Cooking Station: Roti Jala or Prata with accompanied with selection of Indian curries (on rotation basis).

    Thursday: Games & Poultry

    • Are you game enough?
    • Buffet Menu: Chef’s signature Romesco marinade chicken roulade, Grill quail in salted egg sauce, Roasted Goose with Honey & Thyme. Challenged by local flavors, try out the dry Laksa chicken or prawn paste deep fried pork ribs!
    • Live Cooking Station: Choice of pastas with slices of gourmet chicken or beef sausages with selection of basil tomato, Alfredo or spicy Aglio e Olio sauce.

    Friday: Seafood

    • End the hectic week with a ocean feast!
    • Buffet Menu: A visually appealing lunch feast with Cheesy Prime Seafood Ragout, Mussels with lemon thyme sauce, mildly spiced Malabar Fish. Not forgetting Spanish Risotto a la Milanese, Japanese Wasabi Mayo Squids and more.
    • Live Cooking Station: DIY Singapore Seafood Laksa or Seafood Hor Fun or Oyster Rice Vermicelli or Pan-fried Aussie Scallops / Tiger Prawns (on rotation basis).
